About Bo

Bo Dziman is a highly successful realtor who attributes much of his accomplishments to the disciplines he acquired in his previous career. “As a sports fashion businessman, I owned and operated a multinational business with a diverse group of salespeople, designers and operations personnel. I bought and sold. I negotiated and closed deals. I handled all kinds of financing issues including a public offering. And I dealt with all types of people of varied temperament. I think my commitment to succeed is innate . . . and I realize that - even before my business career – it was heightened in college when I played ice hockey.”

Bo is one of those people who instinctively know how to get challenging deals done. His ability to read people and situations are both innate and experiential. “Bringing people together who are coming from different places but share a common goal – making a deal – is what I feel especially proud of. If it can be done, I’m confident I can make it happen.”

Bo's unique understanding and expertise in the brownstone and luxury markets have resulted in several record breaking sales and listings. The recent listing and successful $4.35MM sale of 925 Hudson Street set a new benchmark in Hudson County for pricing and marketing standards.

As a highly visual person – derived from his experience in designing sports clothing and rehabilitating several unique urban properties – Bo is eminently qualified to help clients envision the possibilities within the homes they hope to purchase. His aesthetic skills are also put to good use with sellers in guiding them to stage their homes for successful showings.

A Hoboken resident since 1992, Bo and his wife renovated an iconic 1870's Italianate brownstone and are passionate about the city. Their home and garden have been featured on many house and garden tours, television spots and magazines including a feature in Better Homes and Gardens. Bo is highly active in the community having been a member of various citizen activist groups. “I understand the notion of Hoboken and think of this place as a European-like walking city . . . almost like an island to explore and savor. I really enjoy my self-appointed informal role as ambassador for the city in helping people find the right home and planting roots here. ”

Bo has traveled extensively throughout Europe and Asia.
